Sigil Ebook Editor Keyboard Shortcuts

These handy shortcuts make formatting much easier. If you don’t like the shortcuts Sigil has assigned, you can change them under Preferences. ( Sigil > Preferences, or ⌘, )

To modify shortcuts

  1. Select a shortcut preference from the list.
  2. Change the shortcut that displays in the field at the bottom of the window.
  3. Select Reset if you change your mind.
  4. Choose Reset All to reset all the shortcuts to their default settings.

NOTE to Mac Users: In some cases, you will need to use the Option (⌥) or Function (fn) key. Those shortcuts will then be placed in parentheses ( ).
